While some charities wear silly hats and drive toy cars, and others host exorbitantly expensive dinners that, unfortunately, preclude the involvement of young people and new professionals, the Vampire Court of Dallas‘ goal is to empower various alternative subcultures and engage with charities that directly impact the local area. By partnering with various clubs, venues, and other nonprofits throughout DFW, as well as local small businesses, the VCD can fundraise for other nonprofit groups that are voted on by the membership while providing a much-needed social club for those who don’t normally fit in.
